Foodies Delight

Sampling new foods is one of the exciting experiences of traveling. As an adult traveller, the variety of dishes I’ve tasted which were very different from my childhood, include escargot while in France, eel jerky and bear jerky while on the Native American reservations, and since coming to the south – grits, alligator, and fried okra. All of these have surprised me and I would gladly eat them again.
