Gilligan’s Seafood Restaurant
Gilligan’s is on Boundary Street before you get to Beaufort, so plan your trip to include an early lunch or brunch before you get to town.
The first restaurant was opened in June of 1991 and has grown to include six locations in the Lowcountry.
Their family-friendly, casual atmosphere, is enhanced by fun murals, beautiful views, and a personal aquarium wall for each booth. Topping off this dining experience is the exceptionally friendly and sincere customer service.
My brunch selection began with a Mimosa and fried green tomatoes for an appetizer. This was followed by a mouthwatering crabcake sandwich and coleslaw. Lunch is served from 11:00 to 4:00 and their regular hours are 11:00 to 9:00 seven days a week. Check their website for details.
